Product and batch records
A product specification, analytical report and commercial quotation serve different purposes. Review the identity, batch association, source and stated assessment for each document. Do not assume that a general catalog statement is a batch-specific result.
Certification is a separate question
A COA should not automatically be described as regulatory certification of a product or supplier. For any certification claim, confirm the named entity, applicable scope and validity using appropriate evidence.
Order-specific confirmation
Available records and additional documentation requirements depend on the product and proposed order. Use a written inquiry to resolve missing information. No public listing replaces the responsible technical review or confirms suitability for human or veterinary use.
